Privacy Policy

Effective August 13, 2026

The short version

  • We collect your contact details only when you type them into one of our two forms.
  • This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no advertising or tracking scripts of any kind.
  • We never sell your information, and we never have.
  • We use what you give us to reply to you about the request you made.
  • Email sales@ftfls.com at any time to see, correct, or delete what we hold.

Who we are

First To Final Logistics is a third-party logistics provider based in Atlanta, Georgia. We store, pick, pack, ship, and deliver freight on behalf of other businesses. This policy covers firsttofinallogistics.comand the two forms on it. It does not cover any other company's website that we may link to.

What we collect

Information you give us

We collect information only when you choose to submit one of our forms. Nothing on this site collects personal information in the background.

Warehouse space calculator. Your name, company name, business email address, phone number (optional), preferred warehouse ZIP code (optional), the service you are interested in, and the storage details you entered — storage type and quantity — together with the space and cost estimate we calculated from them.

Carrier application. Your name, company name, email address, phone number, city and state, equipment types, fleet size, MC and DOT numbers, years in operation, the regions you operate in, and the best time to reach you.

Marketing emails. If you tick the optional box on either form, we also record that you asked to receive occasional emails from us.

Information collected automatically

When you submit a form, our server records the submission along with your IP address and the time. We use this only to stop the forms being flooded with automated submissions, and to investigate a problem if a submission fails. It is not used to build a profile of you or to follow you around.

If a submission fails to reach us, your browser keeps a temporary copy of what you typed so the attempt is not lost. It is stored only on your own device, is deleted when you close the tab, and is never sent anywhere else.

What we do not do

We want to be specific here, because most privacy policies are vague about it. This website:

If you visit this site and never submit a form, we do not learn who you are.

Why we use it

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only so they can perform that service for us:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. If we ever add another provider that handles your information, we will update this list.

Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails to people who asked for them. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect promptly — within ten business days at the outside. You can also just reply and ask us to stop, or email sales@ftfls.com.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop us replying to an enquiry you sent us.

Phone calls

If you give us your phone number, we may call you about the request you submitted. Tell us at any time that you would rather not be called and we will stop.

Your choices

Whoever and wherever you are, you can email sales@ftfls.com and ask us to:

We will need enough detail to find your record — normally the email address you used — and we will respond as quickly as we reasonably can. We do not charge for this.

California residents. California law gives you the right to know what personal information a business collects about you, to request its deletion, and not to be treated differently for asking. The rights above are open to you on the same terms as everyone else. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing for you to opt out of.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common agreement on what a website should do about it. In our case the question does not really arise: we do not track visitors across websites or over time, and we allow no one else to do so through this site — so there is nothing a Do Not Track signal would need to switch off.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and carrier applications for as long as we have a business reason to — typically while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us — and then for as long as our tax and legal obligations require. Server records of submissions are short-lived and are cleared automatically. Ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and information you submit is transmitted encrypted to our systems and our customer relationship system. Access is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise — but we do not keep more than we need, which is the most effective protection there is.

Children

This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will contact you at the email address we hold. Please check back from time to time.
